About the presenter: MARCIA LIENEMANN | An Intake and Coverage Coordinator for IPMG.

Marcia has worked for IPMG since the company started in 2006. A large part of what she does is helping people new to the waiver get started with services. She started her career as a DSP in 1984 and has worked as an instructor in a day program, Q in a residential facility, supervisor for supported living, case manager for 1st Steps, head start social worker, facilitator of teams in a day program/workshop, and case management supervisor. She helped to close the 300-bed residential facility where she was the Q and was one of 2 supervisors to start the program which resulted in closing the facility and supporting everyone living in the community. She is also a certified trainer for Person Centered Thinking.
