Course Description: As the direction of Medicaid and Social Security become difficult to predict, it has become critically important for parents to plan for the future of their child or dependent with special needs. This workshop covers legal issues including wills, special needs trusts, guardianship, financial issues (such as trust funding), Medicaid, Medicaid waivers, and Social Security.
