From The Governor’s Council for People with Disabilities:
Council IN Community sessions are opportunities for Hoosiers to learn about the Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act of 2000 (DD Act), meet some of the Council's staff, and talk about the ways the Council works to make Indiana a place for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live a good life of their choosing.
Throughout July, we will also be hosting Council IN Community sessions to review its State Plan and to serve as a chance for Hoosiers to provide public comment on important upcoming State Plan revisions.
