Focus Area: The Transition From Pediatrics to Adulthood

The Indianapolis Adult Summit: On the Road will aim to address challenges that individuals with Down syndrome and IDD and their caregivers face as they transition from pediatric services into adulthood. Through a whole-person, comprehensive approach that overlaps subject areas such as education, employment, economic self-sufficiency, and community integrations, this conference will highlight the critical areas of transition in these young individuals' lives.
